You ("The supplier") agree to the following terms and conditions when booking or listing accommodation with Ubid4rooms.com (the site):
 
Ubid4rooms.com means Ubid4rooms.com Pty Ltd (ABN 58 116 338 533) and its parent and/or subsidiaries unless otherwise specified.

1. Cancelation policies will be determined by the individual hotel, motel apartment, villa or any other accommodation property ("the establishment") listed on the site and will be clearly displayed prior to booking.
2. Administration charges will apply to allowed changes and cancellations.
3. You may be required to produce photo ID on arrival at establishment.
4. Ubid4rooms.com  sells hotel accommodation from an inventory supplied by the establishments and does not over-sell that inventory.
5. Ubid4rooms.com  will receive all payments from the customer and will pay the suppliers, less a set commission. 
6. Ubid4rooms.com  cannot accept liability for unavailability of rooms due to establishments listed, over-selling its own inventory.
7. Bookings made through a "Bid" cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded due to the special nature of the rate offered.
8. Once a "Bid" has been accepted by a hotel, credit card is processed, booking is confirmed and no further changes can be made on the booking.
9. Prices are quoted per room, (Based on two people) in Australian currency and include GST unless otherwise stated.
10. Extra charges per person are determined by the individual establishments and maximum number of people per room must be strictly adhered to.
11. Ubid4rooms.com will make every endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the information posted on the website. It makes no guarantee that the information is free from errors or faults and will not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions.
12. We may, at our discretion change website content at any time without notice.
13. Ubid4rooms.com reserves the right to amend the "Terms and Conditions" at any time.
14. Ubid4rooms.com will not accept liability for any indirect or other loss arising from the use or access connected with the site or for any products or services purchased on its website.
15. "The establishment" will indemnify Ubid4rooms.com against any loss and costs occurred arising from damage, losses, injury or death caused or conrtributed to by your act, neglect or default, or act, neglect or default of your employees or agents.
16. We may terminate this agreement, at any time, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of our terms and conditions or if we discontinue operating this website.
17. The person making the reservation and the establishment guest must be over 18 years of age to use services of our website.
18. Ubid4rooms.com receives payment from establishments for the provision of the Ubid4rooms.com booking service.
19. Ubid4rooms.com is a registered user of Guests Behaving Badly(GBB). By accessing the service provided by GBB we are able to provide information regarding any history of adverse conduct of a person seeking accommodation at your facility. The information is strictly confidential and is available only to suppliers of accommodation and other consumer product to Ubid4rooms.com to enable those suppliers to determine whether or not to provide accommodation to a person or persons whose adverse behaviour has been previously reported by a registered user of GBB. The use of this information for any other purpose may expose the supplier to legal action unless the right to such disclosure is clearly outlined in the suppliers Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement, both of which should be readily available to the public. The supplier indemnifies Ubid4rooms.com Pty Ltd from any action arising from the misuse of this information.
