How Bidding Works for Suppliers

We have perfected a simple user friendly administation system in which suppliers will have total control in loading all information including room types, rates and determining which days bidding will be allowed.
Once registered, a password will be sent, with instructions on administration of site, which is then controlled by the suppliers.
When a bid is made
When a bid is sent to your property, you will receive an email notification.
Log into your “Supplier Console” on the home page.

You will notice on the top right hand corner a “red balloon” section which will tell that a bid is waiting for you to action.

Click on the message.
You will now be at the “Live Bids” screen
The front page is a summary of all pending bids, with the dates, amount bid and the time available to action bid. (3 hours).

The bids are listed in date order and highest bid order.
Click on "View Bid Details", to show the details, including advertised rate and available allotment.
Click on "Accept Bid" or "Decline Bid' as you require.
If the Bid is accepted, an email will immediately sent to guest and the booking is now confirmed.( No changes/cancellations will now be accepted).
If not actioned, the bid will only appear for three hours before deleting itself.
If a "Linked Bid" is involved and the bid is accepted by another property, it will advise you on the screen.
