We have made this unique bidding process as simple as possible to use.
Bid on your selected hotel or choose a "Linked Bid" and bid on up to three hotels at a time, with the first hotel to accept the bid, securing the booking.
Unlike other auction processes, you are not bidding against others, but making an offer directly to a hotel. The bid is only open for three hours, so same day confirmation is assured if bid is accepted.
You can bid on hotels when bidding is on offer, or book rooms immediately at already reduced "Last Minute" rates. |

Follow these steps:
1. Choose the city you wish to stay at and press “Search”
2. You choose the hotel you want and press the “More” button.
3. The available days will show as either a price or will be highlighted in purple with the word “Bid”.
4. If you want to make a bid press the “Bid Now” button.
The bidding screen will appear, and if this is your first visit to us it will ask you to register, by pressing “Register now”.
If you have already registered, you will be asked to “log-in”.
The bidding screen will now appear.
Click on the days you want to stay.
The next screen will display the days you requested, plus the advertised rate for the days in question.
You will see the total “advertised” price per room and a section for you to “Make Your Bid”.
Enter the amount you are wanting to pay(Bid).
If this is the only hotel you want, press “Complete Bid”
This will take you to the “payment and submit bid’ screen.
If you want to bid on up to two other hotels, press the “Linked Bid” button, which will take you back to the main search page.
Follow the above process for the other hotels.
When all bidding completed, press “Complete Bid” and follow payment instructions.
Note:
- Your credit card will only be processed by Ubid4rooms.com once a bid is accepted.
- The individual properties will not have any access to your credit card.
- The bid will be open for three hours and the first hotel to accept will secure your booking.
- An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as a bid is accepted.
- Your booking is now confirmed, and the other bids if any will be deleted(if linked bid is used).
